SETUP
Setup includes account creation and one-hour web-based training. Web-based training will include setting up two users and two manufacturer lines. We will also work on a few manufacturer spreadsheets and upload pricing information.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Users have complete access to Online Help Modules which provide step-by-step
instructions for most common tasks. For customers that wish to purchase
personalized service, additional training and setup can be purchased through
Client Services.
Web-based Training and Setup
Web-based training $80 for each hour session.
On-site Services and Travel Costs
Onsite training and setup is $680 for each day onsite. Airfare is additional. (Costs and expenses can be shared among multiple sales agencies, when coordinated by a customer)
Wireless Network Setup
Wireless Network Setup services are available to setup a wireless network for the purpose of printing wirelessly from handhelds to network printers. The service charge is $200 and includes one preprogrammed wireless router.
VendorCONNECT Fees
VendorCONNECT is used to exchange price lists, inventory feeds, electronic orders and other documents automatically between your sales agency and a manufacturer it represents. Setup fees and service charges related to VendorCONNECT are quoted case-by-case by Client Services.
Emailed and Faxed Order Submission Fees
Unlimited Email orders and 100 Faxed orders per month are included with RepSUITE. Each additional faxed order is 10 cents.
Conversions from Legacy Systems
Data conversion from a legacy system is available. Please contact Client Services for a quote.
Additional Information
Terms of Sale
Our services are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Setup fees and service fees are nonrefundable.
