Can Reps access from their homes?

Depending on the rights given, reps can have the ability to manage customer, print new price lists, and add and manage orders.

Will Reps see all my customers and sales?

Unless given extra rights, Reps will only see the customers and sales from their territory.

How do I know if the manufacturer received their order?

RepDESK utilizes a novel feature for the manufacturer to both confirm and when warranted, attach their own note to the order with a just a click of the mouse.

How many users can access the system at once?

Unlimited.

We have reps in different states, how do they get setup?

For RepDESK, there is no software to install, if the Rep is given access, they can simply login.
