As the sales process has become more involved, quotes and orders require more time and additional detail to be entered into the Aptean ERP system. Quoting processes and references lived outside of its ERP. More customers require custom configurations with unique pricing, presenting scalability challenges and making it harder to maintain the exemplary customer response standards on which the brand was built.
